Con-vivium project

Twelve dishes illustrate the culinary delicacies of the twelve provinces of Lombardy over twelve months through the recipes of famous chefs. The idea spawned by creative professional Paolo Vallara was implemented to create a planner and the charitable project “Con-vivium”, inspired by the opportunity to gather and share that cooking has long provided in Italian culture.

This collective narrative is made up of flavors, creativity, and vision in a dialog with the industriousness and innovative work of thirty Lombard companies, including ICMA. These companies have endorsed the project, branding their planners as end-of-year gifts, and taking part in fundraising to support the Fondazione Comunitaria Lecchese, which, over the past year, has been providing warm meals to people in need at the Casa della Carità.

The journey through Lombard cuisine begins in Milan with Cracco’s mixed pasta, chestnut soup, and mushrooms in red wine, coriander, and bay leaves, to arrive at Gianni Tarabini’s interpretation of taroz, representing the province of Sondrio. It crosses paths with the scent of marsala wine from Antonio Dell’Oro’s Cremonese beligòt and makes a stop at the table of Cristian Fagone in the Bergamo province, to savor all the goodness of porcini mushrooms with blackberries. These are just a few of the dishes described in the con-vivium planner.

The cover of the planner has been made using our 100% recycled Linen 5204/62 paper, FSC Recycled Credit certified, from the Kind collection.
