With the Opaques collection, Icma has entered the world of raw materials for architecture and the elaborate world of furnishing. What these materials have in common is the ability to absorb light and soften it while allowing a glimpse of patterns and decorative motifs with natural realistic colours in ranges of both cool and warm hues. Cement and plasters are born again on paper with the same body and plasticity, along with smooth and silky hides, opening up additional creative possibilities to packaging. Opaques lends itself to all the packaging applications in the world of luxury and the surface of the papers is suited to all printing techniques: offset, digital, hot stamping, and screen printing. The Opaques collection consists of 22 papers.

For the presentation of the three new collections, Icma has given its catalogues a new look, making them more functional to appreciating the qualities of the papers. In fact, the samples inside are large and cascading. A new feature, whose usefulness is valued, is the catalogue insert showing the result of the various printing techniques on the Coppers papers.

The three new collections will replace the Gélée, Eli Nappa and Tao series, which will be available up to stock exhaustion.
